• Is experienced at content creation

• Has experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, or similar

• Has perfect written English skills (near-native)

• Knows social media platforms and is experienced in managing social media accounts

• Has an eye for social media trends and knows how to engage followers

• Has the ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)

• Has copywriting experience

• Has experience with graphic design

• Has experience with motion design

• Enjoys researching and following industry trends

• Has soft skills - adaptability, effective communication skills, teamwork

• Is creative and organized

• Takes initiative, sets and achieves goals

• Strives to improve knowledge and gain experience

• Wants to work in a creative team

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Curating different types of content for our clients' e-commerce & lead generation advertising campaigns

• Analyzing a brand from top to bottom including its tone and voice, design style, strengths, weaknesses, competitors’ strategies, and potential content strategies

• Photography & photo editing

• Videography & video editing

• Managing social media accounts for clients and in-house projects, identifying trends in customer interactions and planning digital campaigns to build community online

• Designing banner assets for social & display campaigns

• Working with other members of the team to develop new strategies and innovative content

• Meeting deadlines
