Tasks and responsibilities:
• Onboarding PMU Artists and making the platform sticky for them
• Customer lifecycle management
• Guiding the clients in understanding how to be successful on PMUHub via high-touch, concierge experience
• Being available for all the problems the clients may face on the platform and solving them efficiently by communicating with the team
• Build and maintain positive and trusting relationship with clients and care about their needs
• Customer lifecycle management
• Evaluating artist KPIs - engagement on platform and ROI to understand their success, issues, or opportunities
• Creating personalized recommendation plans based on their accounts
• Acting as an ambassador of the PMUHub mission, brand, and product

Our company is looking for a new team member for the position of Account Manager, for our in-house project - PMUHub.
PMUHub is an online platform that gathers permanent makeup artists, estheticians and beauticians who offer their services and trainings. By creating a listing on our platform, they become a part of the largest PMU community where they connect with clients and future students.
As a PMUHub Account Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in developing and retaining our PMU artists community through effective relationship management and client satisfaction.
