• Has a keen eye for design and will contribute to our team of creatives

• Wants to develop new or improve existing design skills

• Has advanced verbal and written English skills

• Has extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop) and basic knowledge of web design

• Is creative and pays great attention to details

• Is a team player with excellent communication skills and can present ideas clearly

• Has good time-management skills and the ability to switch between projects quickly

• Is able to give and receive constructive criticism

• Experience in Animation & Motion design is a big plus but not mandatory

• Enjoys researching and following industry trends

• Has soft skills - adaptability, effective communication skills, teamwork

• Is creative and organized

• Takes initiative, sets and achieves goals

• Strives to improve knowledge and gain experience

• Wants to work in a creative team

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Analyzing design performance and coming up with design improvements

• Working closely with the design team on improving web & landing page functionality, performance and visuals

• Communicating effectively with colleagues to ensure objectives are set and achieved

• IIllustrating concepts by delivering examples of an arrangement, size, typography, and style, and submitting them for approval

• Producing high-quality digital and print solutions in cooperation with the design team

• Creating highly engaging graphics for advertisements, banners, social media posts, landing pages, website assets etc.

• Active participation in discussions about design development and improvement, but also other aspects of day-to-day business
