• Has soft skills - adaptability, effective communication skills, teamwork

• Has at least 2 years of proven PPC experience (agency experience is a plus)

• Has managed more than 5 clients at one time with budgets over 5K

• Can lead and assist with strategy and execution for multiple clients, including strategic accounts

• Has knowledge and experience across paid search and social platforms including but not limited to Google, Facebook, Microsoft and TikTok

• Feels confident communicating results and strategy to your team

• Has developed analytical skills

• Is responsible and organized

• Has good time-management skills and pays attention to details

• Takes initiative, sets and achieves goals

• Is passionate about PPC Management

• Strives to improve knowledge and gain experience

• Wants to work in a creative team, where they can provide and receive support, share and gain knowledge and experience

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Managing medium to large paid search/social campaigns across various industries

• Working alongside with the Account Manager and executing strategy for our clients

• Analyzing performance data and providing appropriate action plans based on data-driven conclusions

• Reporting to the Account Manager on strategy and different techniques used to hit clients' goals

• Managing all client budgets and advising on budget changes based on your expertise and campaign performance metrics

• Providing high quality and insightful reports for all clients on a regular basis

• Working closely with the Account Manager to produce quick and quality results for clients through clear communication about goals, feedback and deadlines
